Wild Low Carb Tuesday!

I tell you today has been a crazy day, not bad but crazy. I have a neighbor from hell that has the worse c children that steal from other neighbors without a care. Somehow, I allowed them to stress me to the point back in March that I started stress eating. I realize I shouldn't let people have so much control over me to cause me to do something that is ultimately harmful to myself. Anywho, I think I finally have a handle on things. Instead of having a drink or eating something sweet, I decided to vent through this blog (find another way to deal with my emotions). 


So, my food for today was normal Atkins Induction fare


B: MIM (Muffin In a Minute) with a slice of bacon
L: nothing b/c I had breakfast later than normal
D: Shrimp Alfredo (using the Alfredo recipe in the new Atkins book slightly modified...posted on another page)


What do you do when things stress you out to avoid emotional eating?

Hi Miss Tiki! My anxiety cause me to freak out and I'll start to use food for comfort. Now, I decided to work out, listen to music or take a look at my visual board to gain motivation again to stick to my eating plan.:)

Thanks Jade! I have gotten better. I do more running now. I also sip on tea when I'm hungry late night and when I'm upset. It seems to calm me down
