I'm having the hardest time getting focused and staying on the wagon. I hate having the extra weight but I'm a sugar addict with two children. This is brutal!!!

1 egg, 1T of flaxseed, parsley, 1T Duke's mayo, old bay seasoning, and my other favorite seasonings. Hoping it turns out ok b/c this is my first time trying a low carb version.
D: Steak Alfredo
I'm using the Alfredo recipe I previously posted. I using tofu noodles and an 8oz Rib eye
