Hump Day

The last few days have been ok. I've had a headache I can't shake and today my stomach is not happy. I was supposed to cook a pork loin on Mon but I cooked it last night instead. The loin is stuffed with chive flavored cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. I normally do this with pork chops but decided to try the loin instead. I will let you guys know how I like it tonight. I cooked it but didn't eat it:)
