I know I'm a little late posting these but better late than never.
1. Lose 1" off my thighs (beginning measurement around 31.25)
2. Drink at least 3 liters of water each day
3. Take ALL vitamins daily
4. Run/Walk 3xs per week
5. Cross train or weight train with kettlebells 2xs per week
6. Try one new recipe each week
7. Fast each Sunday
8. Meal plan each week
9. NO CHEATING!!!
Does anyone have any goals set for the month?

I think you approach is good. But, you got me at #6. Typically, when I'm in weight loss mode I don't introduce new or different foods into my menu simply because it causes me to crave the new flavor combinations. Perhaps, you aren't an over indulger like me. Good luck and run strong.
Hi I wonder why you will fast on Sunday?
Sunday are easier for my b/c It's my rest day. Growing up we didn't do anything but church on Sun and I'm still that way now. So, it's my day to do yoga or just relax. It's easier to fast on a day that I'm not busy and I'm not doing any exercise to work up an appetite.
Tiki sounds like god goals to want to achieve you can do it
