I finally got around to actually make a green smoothie today. Lately, I have been buying the premade smoothies. I will say with the wheatgerm and berries I got a little chew out of it. That worked for me b/c it satisfied the need to chew. It wasn't my favorite smoothie that I've made but I will post it just in case someone wants to try it.
Smoothie for today:
2C spinach
1T wheatgerm
1T Kyo-green
1/2 Ripe banana
1/2C carrot juice
1C Great Value Berry Medley
1/2C Almond Milk
