I'm still doing the intermittent fasting. I will say I had a rough day the other day and binged. I had pizza, candy bar, and chips. Yeah, it was bad. I had a moment with emotional eating. That is something that I will always have to fight. Now, it's about not beating myself up and keep things moving.
Today I'm having meatloaf and broccoli with cheese for lunch. I might have shrimp alfredo for dinner. I need to continue to work on making my menu. Right now, I'm drained. I have no energy and B-12 doesn't seem to help. Just wanted to give a quick update.
