I have a few of my staples back in stock and I'm eating properly. I'm not eating as much. I must confess I've had one to many macadamias to make up for not cooking. However, I haven't strayed since my Olive Garden incident. I'm bummed about not being able to exercise but I'm making the best of it. I'm determined to get back to 140 if it kills me and a few other people.
My daughters are doing OK since the accident. They are still sore but I keep saying it could've been worse.
