Low Carb Fish

Last night I decide to fry whiting for dinner. I've used coconut flour to fry fillets and shrimp but I had never tried it on a whole fish. The fish turned out well. I season my coconut flour the same way I would regular flour. I will say if you are going to try it in a pan with a whole fish, you need to put the fish in skin side down not flesh side b/c it will break..learned that the hard way:)
