It's time for meal plan Saturdays! This week I am making one of my favorite low desserts, Pumpkin Bake. You will see days that I do not have a vegetable listed with a protein. I am off setting those carbs with the Pumpkin Bake. I am trying to keep my carbs at 20 grams total for each day, similar to Atkins Induction. If you would like any of the recipes that are not already posted on the site, you can check back on that day. I will update recipes as I go.
Weekly Meal Plan:
Sunday
Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, and low carb-gluten free pancakesLunch: Parmesan Tilapia
Dinner: Baked Pork Chop and green beans
Dessert: Pumpkin Bake w/homemade whipped cream
Monday
Breakfast: Ham and Cheese Crustless Quiche and Coffee w/HWCLunch: Turkey burger w/cheese and no bun
Dinner: Mushroom Chicken and green beans
Dessert: Pumpkin Bake w/homemade whipped cream
Tuesday
Breakfast: Unflavored protein shake w/Sugar Free Chocolate SyrupLunch: Egg drop soup and baked pork chop
Dinner: Grilled Salmon and broccoli
Wednesday
Breakfast: Bacon and eggsLunch: Baked chicken legs and a salad
Dinner: Low carb fried chicken livers
Dessert: Pumpkin Bake w/homemade whipped cream
Thursday
Breakfast: Quiche & CoffeeLunch: Unflavored protein shake w/Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
Dinner: Chili Spaghetti
Friday
Breakfast: Quiche & CoffeeLunch: Buffalo wings
Dinner: Low carb ramen soup and a chicken breast
Dessert: Pumpkin Bake w/homemade whipped cream
Saturday
Breakfast: Gluten Free bacon, egg, and cheese sandwichLunch: Hamburger and deviled eggs
Dinner: Mexican Crockpot Chicken
Dessert: Pumpkin Bake w/homemade whipped cream

I wish I could do something like this but I'm not good at meal planning. It is the best way IMO to lose weight. Stopping by from this week in #wowlinkup
