I was super tired this afternoon when I woke up. I guess that's what happens when you get to sleep late. I took a Slim 1, caffeine pill, and had a cup of coffee trying to get myself together to get on the treadmill. I finally made it. I'm a little dehydrated today but I'm trying to fix that. I finished W2D1 of Couch to 5k and now my legs are sore. I'm finally able to make it straight through without stopping. Yea me!
My eating for today was a little late. I was being lazy.
I had a turkey burger with 2 slices of pepper bacon, an egg, and cheese. Then I had a Johnsonville 4 cheese sausage with broccoli and cheese.
I need to make my youngest daughter a turkey loaf before she stabs me in my sleeps.
