Today's Menu 6/23

I had to add a few things to Fat Secret to get the correct calculations. I use a packaged mix to make Butter Chicken by Kadhaai. I also use boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of chicken breast. I normally make riced cauliflower but that would have put me too far over on carbs today. I am over but not by much.

Breakfast 41.07g Fat,  14.50g Carbs, 10.0g Fiber, 4.50g Net Carbs, 20.62g Protein, 480  Cals        


L: Gourmet Black Angus Bacon & Cheese Hamburger
     1 Slice of Sargento Sharp Cheese
     1 T. Duke's Mayo
Lunch 55.00-Fat, 2.00- Carbs,0-Fiber, 2.00-Net Carbs, 31.00-rotein, 630-Cals           

D:   Butter Chicken
       Green Beans
Dinner 18.13-Fat,  11.00 Carbs, 3.5,-Fiber 7.50-Net Carbs, 36.-Protein, 344 -Cals

My total Cals for today are a little low but my carbs went over by 7.5grams. I needed the extra fiber from the MIM today; therefore, I am not stressed about going over my 20 grams of carbs.


I am going to take my diuretic today b/c I had a little rice yesterday with my cornbeef and cabbage. I ordered from a Caribbean restaurant and I did not realized they add rice & peas to this dish.
