This has been a crazy week, food and life wise. I feel of the wagon for a second but I got right back on. I can't say it enough, if you slip up don't beat yourself up but move on. I've had more beef this week than normal. I told my daughter to take some ground beef out of the freezer not realizing it was 2lbs wrapped together. So, Fri & Sat we had spaghetti. I used the Tofu Shirataki noodle for myself and my daughters had wheat noodles. Today we had cheeseburger using the second pound of beef. I used flaxseed to bind the hamburger together. I think the next time I will try parmesan cheese to bind the burgers.

S: Low carb cream cheese muffins with a dab of NSA cherry filling
